It is safe to go on a boat. Like you said, just don’t do any of the sports, the rocking will only bother you if you get motion sickness. As long as the boat isn’t bouncing you around.

I’ve been on a boat plenty of times while pregnant and it was fine. My doctor was more worried about me getting sick from the motion, but I did just fine. The motion is actually quite calming to the baby. If it is relaxing for you, then it is a good thing. The less stress for you is great for the baby.
Baby might fall out if u hit a wave.
